ACCESS CODES AND CHECK IN

You will receive your access codes as well as the check in instructions earliest 2 days in advance.

USING THE CODES

Your apartment will have one of three lock systems on which you apply the keycode:

THE KEYSAFE:
turn the number wheels on the lock in such a way, that the code you were sent appears in a straight line in the middle row.

DIGITAL CYLINDER:
‘Wake up’ the keypad by touching the surface/ pushing a button on the surface. Then enter your code, followed by the key symbol, and turn the knob.

KEYPAD:
Enter the code into the keypad, wait for the entrance sound and push the door open.

LIKE AS THE VIENNESE

Depending on the Locksystem, check out goes as follows:

Lock the key back into the keysafe and rearrange the numbers.
